Service Description
Our notary travels to your location, anytime, anywhere. Travel fees start at $30+ based on travel. The notary and the signer BOTH sign electronically in each others' presence. (Travel Fee + $25 per Signature). The notary and the signer BOTH sign documents in each other's presence or via an approved Web Signing Service. The document must be completed and parties must understand what they are signing. The notary cannot complete, interpret or give legal advice on your document. The signer must have Government Issued ID. All Appointments are Pacific Standard Time. *Wait time billed in 15min increments.
Cancellation Policy
All transactions are non-refundable. Please confirm all parties have valid Government-issued IDs and are able to attend the appointment. Wait-time is billable in 30minute increments. Travel fees are due if the notary is already on the way, has arrived, or started the appointment. Fees are due regardless if notarization takes place. Deposit may be requested upfront. Remote Notarization (E-Notary/RON) and Apostille fees are due in full prior to commencing all work.
